I’m a commercially focussed senior change management & organisation design professional with over 20 years of experience in business transformation, operating model/organisation design, organisation effectiveness, strategic HR consultancy and HR transformation.

I’ve delivered 20+ business transformation programmes at functional, divisional, national and international levels, including operating model design, cost-reduction programmes and technology change. I’ve worked across many sectors, including telecommunications, retail and finance.
