I spent over 20 years in corporate life as a HR Director on senior management boards before leaving in 2008 to set up my own Consultancy working within the UK and overseas in the Public Sector, Corporates and SME’s . Clients include NHS, Royal Bank of Scotland, National Grid Wireless, Crawford & Co, Blacks Solicitors, Manchester Fertility and American Tower. I have since joined Talent Equation where I have continued to specialise in all facets of HR; including M&A, start up, Talent Management, Change Management Performance Management and Executive Coaching,. I have helped organisations, executives and managers maximise their potential and achieve lasting change, by improving their performance, and developing personally through an increased self-awareness and an understanding of their strengths and limitations.

I am a FCIPD, with a Masters Degree in Business Coaching, Level 5 Diploma for Professional Management Coaches and Mentors with the Institute of Leadership & Management and post grad diploma in Psychology of Coaching. I am also a registered coach for MBA’s at Warwick University.
