Directly understanding the organisational systematic approaches, business purpose, strategic plans, and how things are delivered in a workplace, builds sustained organisational and personal performance.

I have spent 20 years’ as a practitioner and a leader in the fields of HR, organisational design, culture, people analytics, reward, learning, resourcing, talent and organisational development. I have experience in the UK and overseas, and have worked in businesses in various from fix-it to product launches to growth, aiming to achieve success through bringing out the best in people performance.

As a HR Director, I have spent time being part of an Executive Team. I know what the day to day feels like in a busy corporate and I am commercially minded to create ideas and deliver strategic solutions that balance the needs of the business with the needs of the people in today’s business and tomorrow’s.

I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) and licenced to utilise a range of coaching and development tools, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), British Psychological Society Level A and Level B and HR organisational design and analytics tools in SAP and Orgvue.
