Everyone has a range of talents and I am passionate about making sure individuals recognise, test and fully use them. When this happens, the transformation and the results can be phenomenal.

I founded Talent Equation in 2009 after 20 plus years as a practitioner and senior leader covering an expansive range of HR disciplines.

In my corporate employed roles in Financial Services and FMCG sectors, I have led HR teams bringing true business partnering and commercial edge to the value of the function. I have created and executed transformational global leadership and talent strategies that proved to deliver significant impact on om the success of the organisation.

My key strengths and passions are in organisational and leadership development and helping others identify and realise their full potential. Through Talent Equation I have been able to work with some amazing people across a range of business sectors, using my strong commercial acumen and my curiosity to get to know them, their business and their opportunities, and using my creative and practical approach to identify and deliver solutions to their challenges.

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and a qualified user of a number of diagnostic tools, including Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) Step 1 & Step 2, and Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI).
